Dr. Angelo Annuzzi earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mercy University and his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University. That foundation, combined with his own experience training and staying active, shapes the way he works with his patients.

Angelo works with active adults who want to move better and stay pain-free without giving up the things they enjoy. Whether it’s lifting, running, or just staying consistent with a routine, he helps people keep doing what they love.

His approach focuses on the person in front of him, not just the symptoms. That usually means a mix of hands-on treatment to calm things down, along with strength and movement work to address what’s actually causing the issue so it doesn’t keep coming back.

Angelo knows that life gets busy and perfect routines don’t exist. Because of that, he builds plans that are realistic, flexible, and fit into real life, not just what looks good on paper.

At the end of the day, he believes staying active looks different for everyone, but it matters for both physical and mental health. His goal is simple: to help people “hurt less and get hurt less” so they can reach their goals and improve overall well being.
